Accommodation

Comprising of 5 Thai–style master bedrooms (including one super-master with lounge room, TV and spa-bath), each with their own attached bathrooms, and each with views across the swimming pool, tropical gardens or views of Patong bay, this villa has plenty of room for a large family or group of friends.

At Baan Sabai, our aim is to make your stay in Phuket as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. On arrival there will be a complimentary case of Heineken as well as a range of soft drink and fruits. All your basic Thai meals (or Western breakfasts) are inclusive in your rental and prepared by our wonderful chef.

Your private Villa manager speaks perfect English and will be happy to take care of all your personal needs – from booking restaurants, arranging massages, tours or even having a baby elephant visit the Villa. Nothing is too much trouble.

Facilities

Swimming Pool
The private villa also comprises of a large free-form swimming-pool (3ft – 7ft deep) complete with sun-lounges, outdoor tables and plenty of outdoor seating around the villa for privacy, including a garden sala for that morning coffee or mid-afternoon massage. A 5-burner barbeque is also provided for those pool side barbeques

Games Room
The large games room is a perfect meeting place or that rainy day escape, with plenty of comfortable seating and natural light. It comes complete with regulation pool table, 51” TV, stereo, DVD player, Sony Playstation II and bar – as well as a selection of CD's, DVD's and video games. It also has unique glass viewing windows into the pool so you can see the underwater action from the games room.

Gymnasium
Or if keeping fit is more your thing, the large fully equipped and air-conditioned gymnasium has everything you need to keep you fit and feeling great. From a range of free-weights (10lb – 110lb) as well as various weight machines, an exercise bike with built in hear-monitor and a even punch / kicking bag. Fresh towels and bottled water provided.

Stay connected
If you need to stay in touch with your business back home a fully equipped high-end PC with Broadband connection, fax and colour printer is provided for your use.

Kitchen
The large fully-equipped kitchen is available to you at any time, day or night. Or just have the maid cook some delicious Thai food, or have fresh fruits to your liking, served around the pool. The Thai style lounge upstairs also comes complete with a TV and DVD player as yet another place to escape and enjoy the latest movies.

Manager
The Villa comes complete with a personal Manager to make your every need is taken care of – from food, to tours, massages, transportation or simply confirming travel reservations. Whatever it is, just tell us and it will be taken care of. The villa also comes with your own cook and of course, full maid service.

Maid Service
Two full-time resident maids will take care of all your needs, from laundry and preparing you room, cooking and maintaining the Villa to the highest standard.

Car
A complimentary (fully insured) late model Suzuki Vitara 4WD is available for you during your stay, and of-course we will provide airport pickup and delivery.

Staff
At Baan Sabai, we have 2 resident staff and 2 “day” maids to make sure the villa is kept to the highest standards. We also have a daily pool-boy, gardener and a maintenance service on call 24-hours a day.

Villa Manager
The Villa manager speaks perfect English and manages the villa and all the staff. She can handle anything you may need during your stay, just ask.

Car
During your stay you have access to a late model, fully insured Suzuki Vitara free of charge. The vehicle seats 5 and is the perfect Phuket car. If you would prefer, we can rent a brand-new mini-bus and driver for one day or one week. Just let us know.

Airport Transport
All airport transport is provided complimentary.

Check In and Check Out
As long as the actual check in and check out fall on the day you arrive and leave then it is entirely up to you when you arrive and leave. We never book guests on the same day you arrive or leave, so there is no pressure on you. Relax and enjoy.

Meals
Breakfast is provided complimentary—choice of full American breakfast, fruit, or simply coffee by the pool. Simple Thai meals are also provided free of charge at any time of the day, as are fruits and simple snacks. If you would like a full dinner party or a pool-side bar-b-q, let us arrange all the food for you and prepare it—we only charge the actual market price for the food. No surcharge on any foods, or preparation.

Food and Beverages
Complimentary case of beer and a range of soft drinks and plenty of water are provided on arrival. If you need more drinks, simply order from the Villa manager and we will stock your fridge at the same market prices we paid. We will present these costs at the end of your stay.

Can be arranged on request. Our Villa also manages several spas on the island and massages can be arranged by the pool, in your room, or for a complete treatment in one of our health spas.
