Katamanda is a high-end luxury villa estate set in lush jungle overlooking Kata and Kata Noi Beach in southwest Phuket - Thailand's premiere resort destination. This villa is aptly titled Suan Sawan (Heavenly Garden) having been designed especially for its garden settings. It is also quiet, private and has a lovely outside deck to chill out on. The lower levels include an open plan kitchen- living area, tastefully furnished with a nice collection of modern art. The villa is surrounded by a covered veranda looking out on to landscaped gardens. There are two comfortable bedrooms upstairs - both with ensuite bathrooms and with views over Kata Bay. The architecture has a distinctly Thai flavour and the clubhouse swimming pool is just a gentle stroll away.

Villa A3

Compact, yet light and airy, this chic furnished villa enjoys good views over Kata Bay and the tropical gardens surrounding the property. The downstairs area is delightfully laid out with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room and comfortable living area. There is a relaxed charm about this lovely villa. This three bedroom villa features genuine tropical style living and is packed with taste. All modern facilities have been included, from a designer kitchen to a plasma television set. It's stylish, open planned and very relaxing. To top it off, the master bedroom comes with a stunning outdoor bath and shower - a complete tropical experience.

The dramatic double front doors open to reveal a spacious living and dining area. It is beautifully furnished with a Balinese touch and well-appointed with antique pieces and interesting artworks. There is also a special TV lounge cum library. Katamanda is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata. Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket.
