Managed services are offered to guests and the villa is very centrally located on the island within the grounds of the two stunning, par 72 Loch Palm golf courses. Features of the villa include high speed wireless internet connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, a plasma tv with integrated sound system and a private 15m swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as fan units and all linens are provided.
Accommodation
Everything that you and your family could need from the famous beaches, Phuket town and Patong, to international shopping retailers, Thai temples and diving and fishing trips are all within 15 minutes drive of the villa. Jump in a speedboat from Phuket and you can be taken snorkelling, diving, or to just enjoy a day lying on the beach and having lunch on one of the many stunning tropical islands in the Andaman Sea.
The villa sleeps 6 people but larger groups can be catered for together in conjunction with another villa at the same location. (Sleeping a combined total of up to 14 people).
Facilities
Management Office Open daily from 9am to 6pm - the helpful staff are here to answer any questions that you might have on the villa and Phuket in general e.g. golf arrangements, what to see, where to eat, how to get to the beach etc. The team will also be happy to deal with any issues regarding the villa and are there to help make your holiday in Phuket as relaxing as possible.
Airport Pick up & Car Hire For your convenience we can arrange an airport pickup. Car hire can also be arranged

Laundry & Cleaning There is both a washing machine available in the villa plus an optional laundry service arranged on request by the management office. Maid services to clean the villa, change bed sheets etc can be arranged at the time of booking.
Entertaintment For your entertainment there is a large plasma TV, a DVD player, plus cable channels are installed which offers a full range of western channels including BBC,CNN,HBO,MTV and ESPN/STAR Sports showing live sport from around the world.
There is also a surround sound system and a cable to enable you to plug your iPod in.
Private Swimming Pool Have a swim or relax on the sun loungers overlooking your own private 15 meter swimming pool.
The pool will be cleaned for you three times a week.
Wireless internet access If you need to work then bring your laptop and connect to your corporate network with a dedicated ADSL line with wireless router. Wireless access is available in all rooms as well as by the pool.
Loch Palm Golf Course The Loch Palm Golf Club Phuket, with 18 hole, par 72, has been built around Crystal Lake, the largest body of water on any Phuket golf course, the course has smooth slopes and dramatic elevation changes, taking you across and around ravines and plateaus that test all levels of skill.
The front nine holes sit among lakes and palm trees, while the second nine move you along though the mountains, hitting uphill and downhill with woods, irons and even your putter.

To reserve a villa through Phuket Vacation Villas please do the followings:
1. Fill in the form below properly and click SUBMIT.
2. As most villas are private holiday home of the owners, we need to final check its availability before accepting any bookings. We shall return to you with an answer within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not get any respond within the such time window, please contact us on email.
3. Once availability assured, you need to immediately make your decision and confirm the booking. Before you explicitly confirm the booking, the villa remains available in the market for your intended period.
4. Once you confirmed, we will send you an invoice mentioning amount you have to pay and detail payment instructions. We will hold the villa for 5 working days, within which your payment has to reach our account. Shorter period may apply for last minute bookings. If we do not receive your payment within the period, we will put the villa back into the market for your requested period. Should you have any problem to comply this arrangement, please let us notified as early as possible.
5. As soon as we receive your payment in our account, we will issue a booking confirmation notice to both confirm your booking and acnowledge arrival of your payment into our account. Please note that we require the full amount into our account, which means you shall cover all costs related to the fund remittance. You shall pay any possible discrepancy upon arrival.
