The rental rate is inclusive of a full time two person staff (cook and housekeeper) who will remain in the villa around the clock during the duration of the guest's visit.
A car and/or driver can be secured upon request. Rates vary depending on the sort of vehicle rented, but generally speaking most cars and 4x4s rent in the range of THB 1,200 - 1,800 per day. Cost of a full time driver is THB 1,000 per day.
The villa is equipped with broadband wireless internet access which is complimentary. Food and beverage purchased at the local market is charged to guests at cost + VAT + 15% to cover delivery expenses.
Daily laundry service (that is, sheets and towels) is complimentary and a small amount of personal laundry can be done at the villa. The villa can arrange for dry cleaning and laundry for personal items at cost + VAT + 15% to cover delivery charges.
Check-in is normally 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m., but the villa can accommodate alternate arrangements under most circumstances.
The villas' telephone service permits local calls, but it is not configured to dial internationally. Cell phone reception throughout the villa is excellent.
The guest is financially responsible for any misuse of the property which may include but is not limited to damage and missing inventory.
Normally, a 30% deposit is due at the time of the reservation. Cancellations 45 days or more prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the booking.
We require a security deposit per villa of USD 1,500 for every week of rental - up to a maximum of USD 6,000. Minimum security deposit is no less than USD 1,500 - even for stays of less than a week.

To reserve a villa through Phuket Vacation Villas please do the followings:
1. Fill in the form below properly and click SUBMIT.
2. As most villas are private holiday home of the owners, we need to final check its availability before accepting any bookings. We shall return to you with an answer within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not get any respond within the such time window, please contact us on email.
3. Once availability assured, you need to immediately make your decision and confirm the booking. Before you explicitly confirm the booking, the villa remains available in the market for your intended period.
4. Once you confirmed, we will send you an invoice mentioning amount you have to pay and detail payment instructions. We will hold the villa for 5 working days, within which your payment has to reach our account. Shorter period may apply for last minute bookings. If we do not receive your payment within the period, we will put the villa back into the market for your requested period. Should you have any problem to comply this arrangement, please let us notified as early as possible.
5. As soon as we receive your payment in our account, we will issue a booking confirmation notice to both confirm your booking and acnowledge arrival of your payment into our account. Please note that we require the full amount into our account, which means you shall cover all costs related to the fund remittance. You shall pay any possible discrepancy upon arrival.
