This magnificent villa is fully serviced with a full time chef, a housekeeper and pool /gardener. The Chef will cook all your favourite Thai dishes for you, she will purchase all your food at the market, fresh fruit, croissants, etc every morning and prepare it for the your requested serving time. The rental rates include breakfasts, you have a wide choice as will be pleased with the selection freshly squeezed orange juice, very fresh fruits all beautifully cut and prepared, fresly baked french breads, croissants and eggs and bacon.
The villa is on a gentle west facing hill above gorgeous Kata Beach allowing for magnificent sunset views over the sea through the tops of coconut trees from the terrace and infinity pool. All 4 bedrooms have air-conditioning and fans and its own private terrace. The master bedroom has a four poster bed, a very large bathroom with walk-in shower, large double JACUZZI bath and twin wash hand basins set in a black marble worktop.
On the first floor there is a magnificent sun terrace with west facing infinity pool with JACUZZI, this opens from the luxurious lounge which seats 8 and has a 48 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, satellite television.
There is a fully fitted European Kitchen and a marble top breakfast bar which divides this from the dining room, which again opens on to the sun terrace.

The villa is 50 min from Phuket airport. 5 min from Beautiful Kata Beach. 5 min from Boathouse grill and restaurant. 25 min from Phuket Town and shops. 25 min from Two excellent golf courses.
This a magnificent beach, from November to April it is flat calm and ideal for small children, swimming, sunbathing, water skiing, diving , snorkelling , boat hire, para sailing etc. The rest of the year there is strong surf (comparable with the north coast of Cornwall) and all types of boards are available for hire.
There is we consider the finest restaurant in Phuket in the Boathouse Grill and Wine Bar on the beach. A car is advisable, (driving is on the left) we can arrange a driver if required

To reserve a villa through Phuket Vacation Villas please do the followings:
1. Fill in the form below properly and click SUBMIT.
2. As most villas are private holiday home of the owners, we need to final check its availability before accepting any bookings. We shall return to you with an answer within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not get any respond within the such time window, please contact us on email.
3. Once availability assured, you need to immediately make your decision and confirm the booking. Before you explicitly confirm the booking, the villa remains available in the market for your intended period.
4. Once you confirmed, we will send you an invoice mentioning amount you have to pay and detail payment instructions. We will hold the villa for 5 working days, within which your payment has to reach our account. Shorter period may apply for last minute bookings. If we do not receive your payment within the period, we will put the villa back into the market for your requested period. Should you have any problem to comply this arrangement, please let us notified as early as possible.
5. As soon as we receive your payment in our account, we will issue a booking confirmation notice to both confirm your booking and acnowledge arrival of your payment into our account. Please note that we require the full amount into our account, which means you shall cover all costs related to the fund remittance. You shall pay any possible discrepancy upon arrival.
